Some people hate on Stella’s but that color pops and they rebloom regularly. And they definitely split easily within a few years. Also, super resilient. I have have them dotted throughout a full sun, river rock garden bed.

I planted a Heaven Scent Jacob’s Ladder last spring. I found it at Lowe’s. It came back this year and is blooming, absolutely gorgeous. It is under a black walnut tree in my shade bed and it’s also shaded by the house.

I got some Itoh peonies from bare root last year on clearance for like $5.00 a piece at Home Depot. They’re sprouting, too. I’d recommend this for people who want a more economical option.
