I agree with what you said about the greens. I eat a huge bowl of greens every day. Kale is my favorite.

John, over the past year I have watched your videos so much. I've learned about rock dust from you. I live in Cincinnati OH, and I have no grass! My whole yard is used for vegetables and fruits. I use my blender and or juicer everyday. I quit gluten, I quit processed foods, I started feeling NORMAL! Thanks for all the videos!

Thanks for sharing, John! I'm trying to grow some greens by a sunny window. Nothing better than eating the real fruits or veggies of your own labour!

Thanks for all of this info. John! The kale I planted in the Spring one year, lasted all year long .. even still grew through the winter, even when we had some snow! : )

Interesting- my Lucinato kale gets kind of tough and bitter in hot weather but my red Russian kale stays tender & yummy all year long. Glad to see you mention swiss chard its amazing- consistent flavor & steady growth all year long here in southern CA & no issues except for snails trying to eat them before i do. Love leafy greens! Love your videos!

Yes! I'm growing two of those three. I've been trying to get the tree collard but haven't been able to.

I can't believe you left out my favorite and the "King" or desert fruits!

Great plant tips John!  I agree totally about Swiss Chard.  It did great for me in Phoenix last year even through 120+ temps.  They are still producing for me.  They have been in for a year already so I expect them to maybe bolt but so far so good I will keep it updated.  Normal collards lasted a long time also well into summer as well.
