I hated reading so badly since I was a kid and I was struggling with school as well. I worked very hard to finish my B.S degree in engineering. I graduated ~6 years ago, and I thought I was done with my education. I have been eating 2 lbs of mixed green leave vegetables and 8 steamed sweet potatoes everyday for ~6 weeks. Now, I can't believe that I love reading and I don't feel sleep or yawn at all. I have so much to motivation to get my M.S degree.

A rich and properly dressed (extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and salt) salad can be soooo flavourful and enjoyable, much better than burgers, pizzas or whatever.
If it doesn't seem to be able to make you feel full, just add more vegetables.
The day after, the morning routine will be like a walk in paradise.

salad costs more than little debbie snacks and candy bars. same with fruits. sucks if you are poor and watching every penny which i was doing from 1996 to 2003 until i got a better job. i was living on garbage snacks like strawberry shortcake rolls from little debbie and chocolate brownies for 25 cents. why cant the FDA subsidize vegetables over corn syrup?
