I couldn't agree more. I had a very bad accident 18 months ago. Both my legs were broken and my spinal cord burst. The doctors said prepare for the worst, I will be paralysed....
I started visualizing how I can walk again, and with this mindset and with the encouragement of my physiotherapist & family, I started walking again after 7 months...

I have been visualising every day for many months that my arm and hand will work again since being left paralysed down my left side from a stroke in 2017 I have regained my walking even though still a little wobbly at times but am so desperate for my arm and hand to work and be functional again I visualise my hand reaching out but nothing now after watching this I will try harder you always know the right things to say you are very handsome and very wise thank you for your inspiring videos I been watching them on Facebook your lovely calming voice sends me to sleep at nite 🤗😘xx
