Good video with excellent exercises. Always remember to add feelings to your visualisation as only then will it be strong enough to materialize. These exercises will only work if you are consistent in your discipline and ignore the actual 3d reality. Your reality today is a sum of your past creations, so if you want to change your reality, it is really important to not stay stuck with what is your reality now. It is temporary. Let it be, let it go. Ignore and believe wholeheartedly you are creating a new reality with your heart and mind. You are a powerful creator. 🌹❤️🔥

When i was a kid i used to visualize myself doing different things i used to see in anime. Like firing energy balls, collecting Ki energy and dispersing it where i want, i used to use energy to fly like in dragonball z. I would create my own worlds where i had super powers. Main reason i did that though was to escape the real world. We had a hard life growing up. I didnt feel safe at home or in school so id escape to a better place. The good thing is that it really helped me get good at visualizing and now i can really use it to manifest things
