Loved that one - could have kept going for another 30mins. I'm sure the sun shining helps!! Alot of talk about age. Just wanted to say that at 64 I feel so much more healthy and full of life than I did in my 50s. 5yrs ago I got off the couch and decided the time had come to get fit and thin(ner). Never looked back. A hard slog at the start but now I love it. So anyone, any age I would say just get up and do something. I started just walking and it's not long before you actually are keen to do more. And thanks to Chris and others like her who encourage us on our journey.

Please don’t edit out the technical difficulties it’s all part of the cdorner charm and we all know you froze because of your love for Canada. You’ve helped me learn to laugh at mistakes and and shrug my shoulders when I can’t get a move down right away SO WHATS A FROZEN CAMERA?! 200 is amazing you don’t look a DAY over 130 (I joke), thank you for all that you do. You really are out there changing lives from the comfort of your basement. Thank you so much Chris and happy 200 yet again

Congratulations on 200! I couldn't do this live but enjoyed it today after HIIT. As you said, age is just a number. I'm a card-carrying stepper, I turned 75 last month and have been with you since winter 2020, loving the variety, your motivational personality and generosity in sharing your workouts with us! I have next to no time today. This was perfection. The comment you read in the beginning was so inspiring. I am so impressed with her! Step and dance are shown to be so beneficial not just for our bodies but also for our brains. It teaches our brains new patterns and challenges our brain to learn something new. There is belief that this builds pathways in our brains that help it work well as we age and hopefully decrease or delay dementia and Alzheimer disease symptoms. This kind of exercise is super fun, super healthy and super beneficial at all times in our lives. I love that the woman whose comment you read is doing so well in her life! That is so inspiring.
