I started stepping 3.5 years ago with the old Jane Fonda step workout on YouTube. If you had told me that all these years later I'd be able to do Chris' intermediate choreo, I wouldn't have believed you. Keep at it, be kind to yourself--you can get there!

I started stepping this year in april. I never did it before. I did all the learning step tutorials on this channel and now I can follow the class. Except the merry-go-round. I need to practice that. It took me 7 months before I could follow the classes on saturday. It is very satisfying to see my onw progress in stepping every week. Thanks Chris!

This was a really lovely workout and shows how you don't have to be going at a mega fast pace to get your heart rate up. This is perfect for anyone looking to dip their toe in the intermediate step pond as the choreography is great. And if you're flailing, don't stress about it, I flailed massively when I first started Chris's workouts! Thanks so much Chris, hope you enjoy the rest of your day 😊 xx
