So full disclosure, after doing Advanced Intermediate Step #391 yesterday, I think I've decided to finally remove one set of risers. People have been telling me for 30 years I shouldn't use 2 sets of risers (I'm only 5' 2") but I've always liked it! Lately I have had a couple of stumbles off the step and my knees are a little achey. That being said, this step class (#396) was a fun and fantastic workout with one set of risers, Chris and Nastia and my knees feel happy! And Chris, I know that you don't make money on step classes because of the music so I just want to let you know how very much I appreciated working out great songs by Ariana Grande, Fleetwood Mac and especially Chaka Khan's "Ain't Nobody" - the music made your choreography shine even brighter and put an extra kick in my step (albeit not as high as Tara's kicks!)! Thank you!!! (and by the way, you both looked amazing in your white outfits!!!)

What fascinated me the most today was the transition from beginner to Intermediate. Change this, tweak that, add this move and VOILA! We can all do Intermediate if we take it step by step. Thank you Chris and Nastia!! ❤️❤️
