Thank you so much for making There's so much misinformation floating around about this subject and no one's really pointing out what you've pointed out. PS. raw milk tastes so delicious and dramatically different from any marketbought milk!

Actually, research shows that about 90% of bacteria and hormones are killed during pasteurization, not 100%. It also doesn't affect the nutritional value of it in any real way. Also, I've known lactose intolerant people who can have milk when it is further heated and processed. (like in cooking or making cheese or ice cream) Pasteurizing milk doesn't denature the lactose, but it does destroy the lactase that is used to break down the lactose in the body. That's why raw milk doesn't bother them. The lactase enzyme tablets doesn't work for some people though. Which suggest that they have trouble with one of the other amino acids in milk (a1, a2, casein, whey) or the ability to use the enzyme differs. And most meat, fruits, veges, and even spices are also pasteurized in a way. Side note, you can make your own plant based milk and avoid all that processed oil and sweeteners. I guess the point is, you should do some research before you believe the fear mongering.

Today is the first time that I watched your channel and I love the details and simple way that you explain working out and the healthy advice that give to your viewers! I appreciate your honestly and the simply way you explain everything! Until today it didn’t click to me why out of sudden I became lactose intolerant when I didn’t have this problem when I lived outside of the USA! After listening to you I realized that I go back home I’m able to each cheese and enjoy milk without any problems! Thank you so much for sharing😊

I am always open to new information. However I have to add that I do not drink milk, it gives me acne. My brother is a farmer in the countryside of Hungary and he has a cow, he usually gives us homemade yogurt, cheese, made of is unfiltered raw milk. My boyfriend who lives with me loves dairy and everytime he eats it he shits his guts out. And no he is not asian. So I believe lactose intolerance exists, from first hand experience and there are plenty of studies supporting it.

Disagree. In central Europe you can buy pasteurised milk which was heated up to around 72° and only has about 10% less vitamins of raw milk, and is fresh for about 5 days. Then there is longer lasting milke which has been given the ultra-high treatment which uses temperatures of 130-140°, and has about 20% less vitamins. All the protein, milk sugar etc levels are the same in all the different kinds if milk. Raw milk itself does not contain potentially harmful bacteria, however it is warm and fat which allows for bacteria to thrive. No pregnant woman should consume raw milk or raw milk products as this can be fatal for the baby. Children have been rushed to hospitals as they caught really bad infections from drinking raw milk. I am not saying that it will happen to you, but it can. It is not all black and white. I am all for fresh food, but I would never give my four-year old raw milk. Be careful what information you put out there! I under stand your point of view as you live in England. I used to live there myself for a few years and found the general food available there not of the same quality as in central Europe. Had the feeling they are basically copying everything from the US, it is either unhealthy or super food, no in-between

I remember when I was a kid my uncle and mum used to take us kids with them to a farm to buy fresh milk. An old lady hwo owned the farm milked the cow in front of us it was beautiful hot fresh milk you can definitely taste the difference between real milk and supermarket shit. We also used to get fresh eggs from the same lady. Those were the good times. Real milk is the way to go. ✌

Great video- the social hypochondria of lactose intollerance and crohn's disease play right into big agriculture's hands. By changing the issues people discuss from how food should be grown and prepared to single classes of food avoidance, the industry minimizes the changes demanded of it.

Also, love waking up to your videos because of the time difference.

I lived on a farm growing up, and we always ate fresh milk, eggs, meat, and ate mostly our own vegetables we grew. I probably grew up on 75% (or more) of my foods being non-processed. When I moved out on my own and started buying groceries from the super markets it fucked my digestive system up, and i gained weight so fast and was always so bloated. I couldnt (and still cant) tolerate store bought eggs. Theyre so tiny and far away from home now but I've found local farmers and markets to support an my gut has THANKED me lmao

So, so true. Every bit. I haven’t had conventional milk in decades and some of my kids never had any while growing up. We are grateful to have an Amish farm near us who sells us raw milk for $2 a gallon. Not kidding.

Thank you so much for this video!! You are my hero!! Luckily it isn't illegal to sell raw milk here in Texas, as long as you buy it right at the farm (it cannot be sold in retail stores) and making the switch to raw dairy CHANGED MY LIFE. Not only did it help the hormone issues I was already experiencing, but I could feel an actual difference in my health and how I feel. It's a little bit of a drive to the country to visit my local dairy, but it's well worth it.

Love this, so refreshing to have someone supporting drinking cows milk, instead of demonising it. My husband and I are dairy farmers and we are lucky to be able to drink raw milk every day.

The problem is, that raw untreated milk is illegal to sell in Australia, so there goes that idea.
Then again, I don't drink much, usually in coffee or tea.
Or if I can be bothered, I just make up some cashew milk, takes 50s in my blender, doesn't coagulate either and is yummm.

While I agree that it is overprocessed garbage and no longer drink milk or dairy, I drank raw milk one time from my uncle’s farm (a small family farm, the animals were well taken care of) and got VERY sick. Like threw up all over myself in the middle of the night sick. I stick to my almond milk💕
