How to Fix Not Connecting to Hidden Wifi Network on Xbox Series X (Fast Tutorial)

Here are the steps to fix the problem of not connecting to a hidden Wi-Fi network on Xbox Series X:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Navigate to Profile & system - Settings - General - Network settings - Set up wireless network.
Select Add wireless network.
Enter the name of the hidden Wi-Fi network and select Next.
Enter the network password and select Next.
Select Done.
If the above steps do not work, you can try the following:

Reboot your console.
Check the password.
Disconnect some devices from Wi-Fi.
Move closer to the router.
Check MAC Filtering.
Update Xbox Software.

Life saver 7 months later this video is still useful..for anyone struggling refresh your mac data if it doesn't work the 1st time try again took me 3 tries almost lost it trying😂

I have the same problem but the console doesnt start up(cant access the main menu) without updating first.
I figure i just change the network from hidden to not hidden.

I swear this is exactly why I play pc games now. Yea there some headaches with pc as well but I feel like my Xbox series x has always given me issues. Random crashes, fail to launch games, network connectivity issues so on and on.

This console is utter dogshit. You have to buy separate batteries to play wirelessly. It freezes, Glitches on startup for some games. And settings is just dubious. Bought into the Starfield hype and well that turned out well enough. I never had this much problem with my PS4. Ps5 is much more Convenient. Why is there even a debate.
