Format:
1) We will start by everybody sharing their best insights from the chapter for 2 minutes. You will get to hear dozens of insights from others.
2) We will do small group breakout rooms to answer 3 key questions about the chapter. This will be a discussion facilitated by facilitators in which everyone can participate actively.
3) We will come back together to share our takeaways for 2 minutes each.
4) Then we will identify the common themes and lead a discussion on them
5) Special short presentations by facilitators interspersed with the above program.

Schedule:
Thursdays at 9pm ET every week for 14 weeks starting March 4.
March 4, 11, 18, 25 and so on
