I'm going to be very honest. My eyes tear up when I watch this. It feels as if I have finally broken free from the dysfunctional chains of my childhood. It only took my childhood and entire adolescence, and however much excruciating pain it brings me I wish I could have realised this 10 years ago, and been able to start steering in the right direction back then. I finally can now, and it makes me so happy. I will do whatever it takes to make sure my parents and grandparents dysfunctions never get perpetuated to my future children.

I had been a stay at home mom for 20 years (which I loved) but my kids grew up and I needed a new dream. I finally got off my butt and got a job, and I'm working on my physical health and I now want to pursue even more passions in life. Jordan Peterson helps EVERYONE. This is absolutely, hands down, one of the best lessons I’ve ever seen in my entire life. This should be shown repeatedly in every school, at every level; elementary, junior high, and high school. In fact, both of my sons aged 25 & 28 will be getting a copy of this, as well as a few older adults I know.
