Sun Wukong is a hard fight. If this is average Wukong, SC claps with no difficulty. Sun Wukong also can't turn his hairs into other versions of people because if he could he would simply just do that in every fight and win regardless of the entity.

Buddha Wukong is where Scarlet asking actually has a fight. Since Buddha Wukong is 1A and SC will eventually become 0 (since I'm assuming this is Tufto's Proposal and not Djoricverse), Scarlet King will most likely win. Tufto's Proposal has no definite way of being "killed" since it exists as the tension between pre and post modern eras.

It would be a stalemate or a draw since Tufto's Proposal doesn't have the hacks to beat Wukong's transcendence and Wukong can't even (in theory) actually permanently kill The Scarlet King.
