hi bro, i need your advice/tips/help on a issue im facing from a long time please read below


1)my upper to lower body ratio is uneven 2:3..my upper body is good and well in shape where as my lower body is kind of fatty+ musclar
2) below are what i tried over years--
a)10 years back i used to walk for 2-3 hours continuous -no result
b)after sometime joined gym and coaches suggested squats, legpress with lower weights high repitition- no change
c) around 5 years back in some gyms some coaches suggested cardio ( i jog 30-45 min/day continuous for around
2-4 months) well, ihavn't focussed on food much -no change
d)HIIT +caloric deficient +upper body workout(done this for 2 months) - seen some results but no muscle gain over upper body
3)sooo ... how can i build upper body muscle while loosing lower body fat!!! i'm confused over below options
a)fat can only be reduced throughout body and not over certain can i do only upper body workout, consume 1-1.5 grams of protein/kg of body, maintain caloric deficient and loose lower
b)should i need to incorporate lowert body workout(lower weight higher reps) alternative days
c)HIIT + upper body workout + caloric deficient (tried this and is hard)


*i'm unable to focus for longer period and be patient on any method as i don't know if this process will yield me my wanted physique


*i temporarily want to reduce lowerbody till certain point then ill start incorporating lower body workout..if possible make a video on this issue
