BABY GAINS ?! GURRRLLL THE DIFFERENCE OMGGGG !! i fell off the gym back in sep/oct and i’ve been wanting to jump back in but i have no motivation since i’ll be on a week holiday in December so i just feel like my progress will disappear anyways but this video omgggg makes me wanna take my butt right back in !!!

I get so happy when you post. You have been my comfort channel for YEARS. As a bigger girl, you have made me learn to love my body and not take for granted all that it does for me. this really gave me the confidence boost I needed again. In April I went through a horrific break up and after feeling all the emotions decided it was time to get back in the gym, I felt so weak starting out and could barely lift 10kg . I’ve felt pretty stagnant as of late but just have to remember how far I’ve come and how much stronger I feel 💕

Last year I was in the best shape of my life after two kids and my body slowly started to turn on me. I was diagnosed with lupus in the summer and am now 30lbs heavier and have daily pain and mobility issues.
Ive been watching your videos while I do my rehab workouts and it’s been so motivating. Thank you for your body positive message and your honesty, plus it’s nice to have a super sweaty gal to relate to 😂😅

i used to think being sore meant the exercise was working too, but actually all it means is that i failed to warm up and stretch after my exercise properly. once i became super rigid about warming up for at least 5 mins, then stretching for 5 minutes and ideally using a foam roller too, my soreness became nonexistent and my body feels much better. remember soreness does not equal an effective workout!

I've been feeling burnt out these past couple of weeks from uni stress, and this def' helps a lot with motivation for pushing through the last hard weeks i have left this semester. Thank you sunshine <33

I love watching your videos because they are real and just like average life/average females. You're not lifting unrealistic weights or setting unrealistic goals, or promoting unhealthy behaviour. You admit and acknowledge when you've let things slip and want to take control again. It's like watching me on screen and I feel so empowered by your positivity. Thank you Susie ❤
