Review and Comparison: Testing Biodegradable Sanitary Pads and Napkins Available in the Philippines

For Women's Month, I'm doing a #WomensHealth feature on #menstrualhealth and #sanitarypads that are being marketed as #biodegradable and #ecofriendly. And while menstrual cups are the more obvious option, some users do prefer #napkins out of habit or due to an incompatibility with cups. Thank you sa review! Since 2021 menstrual cloth pad na gamit ko kaso nung bumalik na kami sa office adter pandemic, parang kailangan kong gumamit ng disposable kapag wala ako sa bahay. Kaya gusto kong itry yung biodegradable

the Halia pads for me is very hard to remove in the panty after use..its super sticky that leads to a messy panty afterwards..why is that? anyone experience this also?
