Now a lot of you may say that I could opt for menstrual cups but I've hear a lot of reviews from my close friends of how they "almost ended up in the hospital" because they started using menstrual cups. Yes, they might have used the wrong size or may not have properly sterilised the cups but I've also heard of cups not popping open properly and owing to all these complications, I have been TERRIFIED of using menstrual cups.
Cloth pads are often left with a distinct odour and also tend to become tough owing to the blood. So for now, bio-degradable pads it is!
