yea man, tendons and ligaments can get beat up fast. I'm loving my current split. Just the right amount of volume for me. And I don't need to deload too often.

Don't you look right at home doing cardio, haha! You're definitely hitting the ground running coming into prep; looking lean. It's amazing how often we go back to the simple, tried and testing way of doing things. It works. Getting down on the macs of peace. Fine, achievable goals. Gotta keep gaintaining.

hey Berto!

You had mentioned in an earlier video on IIFYM that you perform better on higher carbs lower fat. I see here though that your carbs are modest and your fats are relatively high.

make use of deloads. if you feel a bit icky in the elbows/shoulders/knees, do a very light week to recover. there's also supplements for joints or even nsaids but i wouldnt use those if you dont have an actual joint injury

haha compared to the 700-800 he says he usually takes in. And he said before i likes lower fat so he can eat even more carbs. But thats not what he says here

Doesn't look like he lifts my ass.

His strong physique is visible even through a baggy shirt. Thick prounounced chest, arms that fill the sleeves and wide shoulders.
