Ooo, the Jewel looking vascular. Love those supinated curls, definitely noticed the difference from classic curling. Nice work on the pendlays. I'm a big fan of performing pulling movements from a dead stop. Looking lean, coach.

Funny that I see you start doing barbell rows from the floor, I myself just started with them about 2 weeks ago :) It's a nice movement indeed!

Be careful when doing those (Pendlay Rows). It looks like your lumbar spine might be a bit flexed when you do them. Maybe think about using a 10lb bumper plate to raise the hight just a bit?

Read the research. Basically it should give you the same hypertrophy response without putting stress on the joints.
