You need to leave the skin on the Kiwi that's where all the fiber is and that will help with digestion and your sugar as well and also you should try the golden kiwi

I wonder how it would be with the skin on? They're supposed to be a lot of nutrition in the skin as well.

Kiwi is also loaded with oxalate which can increase the risk of having kidney stones.

Would you be able to test fruits with and without an added fat like peanut butter or a protein like cottage cheese? Would love to see the magnitude of the effect of adding these in.

I've had extreme sensitivity to kiwifruit as soon as it touches my mouth. Most likely it's oxalates sensitivity .

Can you do a video on the effects of cinnamon? There is research out there claiming that this helps your blood sugar spike. I have it every day with my oatmeal and fruit. I’m just curious if it actually does prevent a spike or not. I put cinnamon on so many things, manly fruit, because of this belief.

Super food yes...super yummy.
I would eat maybe 2 of these a day until told i was pre diabetic and told i should back off a bit on them. So i fixed that by calling them chinese gooseberries and told the doctor i dont eat kiwi fruit anymore.
