I think it really depends on how we choose to spend the money. I live in europe now. Naturally the regular europeans spend around 1.500 euro per month not including rent. As an Indonesian living here, I only spend 500-600 on monthly basis, give or take. That includes food and the bills (internet, gas, electricity, water, phone credit).
