What to do when the remote control doesn't respond? JESLED

There are some units whose remote control does not respond. Try to follow the next steps.

1. Turn off the LED Strip
2. Long Press ON Button on the remote during three seconds and then turn ON off the power of the LED Strip while keep pressing.
3. It should work.

Thank you SO MUCH! My lights were stuck on one colour and wouldn't respond to any button on the remote - even the power button. At first it seemed like your fix didn't quite work as when I switched the power back on it just went to white and wouldn't respond still. But then after 10 seconds or so without touching anything the lights went off and when I pressed the remote power button again they finally responded to the remote. I've been trying to fix this for AGES. Thank you.

Hi, I just got some of these lights and ran into a problem. whenever I turns off the lights it goes to a dark shade of green. maybe a tutorial on how to reset these lights might be good.

Apparently my lights respond to my ring light remote, it's super frustrating when i only want to turn on my ring light

Try removing plastic between the remote and the battery 😂😂 It worked for me

So the controller didnt work, i just downloaded a led controller app in the playstore and it works, so yay
