Great video. I'm an Iraq (Gulf War) vet and went to a Fibromyalgia C&P exam with VES a few months ago. My claim was denied because I didn't have a diagnosis, (OOOPPSSS!! I lost my mind and forgot that step) I went and got a diagnosis from my private Dr. and resubmitted my claim with new evidence. Had another C&P exam with the VHA. Waiting on a decision. I believe now, not having a diagnosis going into my first C&P exam created a lot more questions outside of the DBQ and another scheduled exam at a hospital to check my lungs out. So, my advice would be to get that diagnosis before submitting your claim.

May I ask what your testing for fibro entailed. I too didn’t have a diagnosis and the examiner of course denied it right off the bat. I blame the strokes I’ve had for my lack of attention. Haha I’ve heard there were also blood tests instead of just the trigger points.

why does it say you have to fill out a mental health questionnaire in section 2 if you suffer from depression or anxiety not related to ptsd or esting disorders? How is that addressed during the c&p?
