Like the approach. Uncomplicated - people underestimate the benefits - time saving and peace of mind.

I feel like you are using the same interview template for all your videos. It's important to make each video unique so that viewers can learn from the interviewee's experiences. Instead of just asking generic questions about gold or mutual funds, try to dig deeper. Ask about how they reached their first $10, 000, $100, 000, or $1 million. Inquire about the struggles they faced along the way and how they overcame them. How many times did they lose money? How did they diversify their investments? When they experienced losses, how did they resist the temptation to sell? Additionally, ask about their XIRR, their biggest loss, and their highest return. This could provide much more valuable insights for your audience.

Hi, quick question - Jaideep mentioned bonds are safer than FDs. What is the risk in a FD ? I thought FDs are the safest instruments.

Good video. Two glaring mistakes in the graphics: 1. The bond (G-sec) prices go up slightly in the secondary market when the interest rates go down. So, like Jaideep said 100 will become 102, 103, 105 not 200, 300 or 500😂. 2. He shifted his equity MFs from Regular to Direct (to ensure his expense ratio is less, as regular funds take about 0.5-1.0% of fund value in commission).

I have a fairly similar portfolio but the exception is Precious metals in addition (Physical gold, silver and SGBs).

I request that you create videos featuring individuals who have had low-paying careers yet still achieved financial freedom. With exposure to equity, anyone can make money; they just need to be consistent. In India, about 80% of people earn less than 60, 000 rupees per month, so it's essential to focus on this demographic. This will help them understand how small investments can grow into a substantial corpus.

We can learn from those who have experience managing large investments, but we often struggle to understand how to diversify with smaller amounts. Please show us strategies that can yield a return of 20-35%. Even a 20% return can make a significant difference. Many people waste their money by selling off their investments during market volatility. When faced with fluctuations, they often panic and end up losing a lot of money. It's important to understand that the market will go up and down, and we need to trust our instincts. This perspective can help motivate viewers to invest wisely.

If even after 10 years, his rental yield is 5% then we can guess how pathetic the appreciation would have been.
