Here is the thing: These days diabetes (type 2) is mostly asymptomatic - that means you may never know you are diabetic unless you get a blood test done! HbA1c & FBS, PPBS - these are the basic tests for diabetes.If this comes above normal values, chances are you are diabetic.

In the first five years of dianosis of diabetes, it is EASILY reversible! A diet that helps reduce Kapha & digestible and muscle workouts, and an amla shot a day with turmeric can help like magic. In some cases, you may need some Ayurvedic medicines too.

What happens after 5 years? If uncontrolled & untreated, it can lead to micro & macro vascular complications which may affect the nerves, kidneys, eyes, etc!
