Listen to the video closely I’m just simply saying that don’t be fearful of carbohydrates at night. Especially if you’re coming off a hard practice there’s absolutely no reason why you can’t go home and eat carbohydrates to refill up your glucose. As long as you’re in a calorie deficit you will continue to lose weight and you will continue to cut body fat at the same time and performing at your best.
