Even as a child, and now I'm middle-aged, I felt a strong need to go away and stay in nature. Like a hunger for nature. Nature made me peaceful, it was my need. Over time, I became very distant from nature, and I felt very bad in every sense. Then, at one point in my life, my mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer. We fought for a year, but she passed away. Soon after, I became ill with several chronic diseases. I live in an industrial city, polluted air, grey, noisy. My pain of losing my mother was unbearable. I started going to nature and spending hours. I spent all my free time in nature. My symptoms lessened as I was surrounded by greenery, silence. Then again I fell into situations that greatly reduce my enjoyment of being in nature. my complete health is collapsing again. I mean, it's not rational knowledge, my instincts pull me towards nature. I feel like a prisoner of a system in which you have to work and earn money, pressure to earn money for my imaginary needs. Otherwise, all I want, all I feel, is to go live in nature, from nature and with nature.
