Id be very curious about the comparison of these interventions compared to somatic experiences which stinulate the vagus nerve, and also the also that create safety and support in the body.

I just finished Dr. Aimie apigian's somatic group course (21 Day Journey) and i have such massive shifts in both bodily symptoms, mental state, sleep quality and reactions to my environments. Obviously an ongoing process of using these tools, but it would be rather interesting to see the data on it. As ut directly inpacts the gut, default mode network and amygdala.

Have you heard about the Nerva app? It was released by the Monash University and it's a hypnotherapy-based 6 week program. It worked wonders for my anxiety and the gut repercussions.
