Really like the new professional looking setup you have. The video composition and lighting look better in this one!

Funn!! Great video Gareth! So funny you're revamping your online course right now! We're in the process of doing the same! It's very similar to the process you've outlined :)

How do you get the statuses to change automatically after you click the checkboxes?

Gareth, your content is great! Hello from a former educator and current financial industries operations person! I'm working on building out an interface for a new employee to limit their access to our master airtable data. Do you know if there is a way to limit to a certain "view" of the linked records accessed via interface? It seems like once the linked record is clicked, all of the data on that linked record is editable. From what I can tell, this may not be possible. One workaround I've thought of was to create lookup fields and just use the text from the linked record name, however, I would really love employees to be able to view (*but not edit) some of the information that is on the linked record if possible.

Do you know if I could solve this problem in solution in Airtable?

Table A

Primary Key - Concatenation of fields (Sku, Size, Box, Location, Number)

Fields

SKU
Size
Box
Location
Number
SKU/Size (concatenation of SKU, Size)

Table B
Primary Key - Unique values of Table A SKU/Size

Fields
Quantity - Count of each time SKU/Size appears in Table A

Note: This process needs to be automatic, I dont want to have to manually link records to get this data.

Great workflow - might be nice to ditch the four different identical views and swap to a user switchable filter moving forward
