Remotely open your windows and sunroof with your key fob on your Toyota

On a lot of Toyotas, It is possible to set your windows and sunroof to open when holding the lock button on the key fob. It is not difficult and this shows how it is set. Special Thanks to Robert for the help!!

I'll have to try this on my 2018 Highlander. But, I have a different question. Is there a way to use my fob to lock doors while I have key in ignition and car running? This would be a great help to me due to the fact on weekends I do a lot of quick dropoffs. I physically have to use the key to lock and unlock while car is running.

Can a regular non smart key be programmed to roll the windows down or does it have to be a smart key? My 2023 Corolla LE just has a regular key fob and no push button start.

We’ll just got it activated on my 4Runner / Landcruiser 150 2015 production and all windows plus sunroof do go up when you hold lock button again for 2, 5 sec … what makes sense if a rain starts and you might not be that close to the car 😎☝️
