Since the video owner won't answer anyone's questions, I'll share what I requested from my local dealership in Kansas for my 2015 Lexus ES 350. I had my keyfobs programmed at the Lexus dealership to open my windows and sunroof after pressing unlock twice and holding unlock down for a 3rd time. They did not know if any US models offered the the close windows and sunroof functionality, but I am happy to vent the car on a hot summer day. BTW, the dealer charged me $0.00 for the programming.

On my wife's 2010 ES350 the windows and sunfoof will open with the remote as shown, and the windows and sunroof can be closed by holding the exterior lock/unlock button on the exterior door handle(s). I had my 2018 programmed to do the same, but I can't close the windows and roof without doing so from inside the car.

I ask my dealer about my rx350. They told me in Canada the remote can only open the window but can’t close them. This is true ?

Closing them as you did doesn't work ! Tried is on 3 different Rx350s.

How do you do that? it seems like you have a new 2016/2017 ES300H or es350, lexus had this feature removed years ago.
