Yesss finaly, i wanted to trow my pc out of the window because after 4 hrs searching you give the solution that i must convert keyframes to get the animation image to render. Thank you so much.

thanks much because i'm stucked in too many issues for my second project : thunder light was created by geo nodes hits and destroy the big pyramid that was created by geo nodes but i converted it to mesh. it's complicated to me as a beginner ! thanks much because you helped me in issue

Converting from cache to keyframes can make your system ram usage increase dramatically! i actually used up most of my 64gb of ram when converting a ridged body sim that had thousands of objects- all now holding their own keyframe data in the ram instead of reading it frame by frame of the harddrive cache! I currently trying to figure out if i can save cache files in a separate folder and manipulated their playtime by re-numbering them!

one thing no one covers is how do you extend the frame count once youve done all of this? Once you bake to keyframes how can you say extend this to 300 frames? is there a way to keep your keyframes and resume at frame 250 with a simulation?

My computer refuses to bake the keyframes. I have about 50 skulls falling into a bowl. I've been trying for days now to bake the simulation, but it just stands there churning forever. Once I left the computer for several hours, and when I got back it was still churning, and it said "Blender not responding".I only need the skulls to be stacked on the bowl in a very natural way, so I basically need only the finishing frame. It won't even do that. Is there a work-around??

What if I had two objects thats starting the simulation at different frames. Like the 1st object is started to fall down on 100th frame and the second object is starting at 150th frame. I face the issue that the 2nd object is directly hitting the ground when it reaches frame 150. It's not falling from above!

Hi! Whenever I bake to keyframes, all of my broken pieces clump together and move as one clump of tiny particles. Would you happen to know why this is happening? Thanks for your help!

Hi, thanks for this tip. I've made the Bake. Yet Object > Rigid Body > Bake to Keyframes option is greyed out. Any ideas?
