I did this meditation again this morning and realized that it had worked. The first time I did it, I felt a huge surge of emotion and thought I was going to cry. I walked away and felt peace.
This time, I could hardly see him. There was some emotion but strength on my side. As I cut the cord and walked away, I smiled inside as I knew that it had worked.
Thank you so much, I have carried the negative energy for 16 years and I finally feel that I can breathe again. Bless you always 🙏✨❤️

Thank you so much for this meditation. I've done this a couple of times with certain people, and unfortunately i had to do it with a dear friend who i hold close but seems to keep pulling me in romantically and dragging me down, then running away to other people and things. I can't do it anymore emotionally. It's too hard. I want my life back and to be happy and free, to be with someone who matches my energy and who doesn't use people

Thank you for this meditation. I dont normally seek out things like this, but I've been trying to cope with losing a dear friend who wasnt who I thought they were. They turned their back on me after everything we've been through together and I've been devastated. This meditation and visualization caused a big reaction and many tears and it was like a cauterizing type of pain followed by relief. I know I need to let go and move on. Thank you so much for this.
