I feel like I was already shifting and it felt like this meditation just fully boosted me forward like a rocket:D I felt my reality filter (what I look for and see in the world) change. I started feeling powerful alignment energy when I just found this meditation and I hung out with myself for a couple of hours before listening to it. In those 2 hours I started channeling for the first time. I recorded my voice as these messages felt so true and meaningful to me. It was from little things I can improve in my days to new more natural ways of moving my body when awake. I also connected to my future self, it felt so good and I truly felt the connection both ways once I established mine. Then I listened to this meditation before bed. I felt that I was in a shift already and was so happy to have something so high-vibrational to anchor in this new state when surrendering into sleep. I woke up in a new reality and have been here ever since. 3 days so far. In essence:

I am consciously aligning with my truth and my highest potentiality in each and every waking moment. I am allowing emotions to come and move past me and this allows me to stay whole. When a wave of emotion passes I continue to choose what is in my highest good, honoring the emotion for appearing and bringing a message.

I kept seeing Heather’s cord clearing meditation come up so I decided to do it too, and boy has it been a shift! The first night I listened I came to it thinking I would focus on a past partner that was abusive to me and clear that, but actually what came up was my relationship with my dad and clearing that! Then the next day I found out my parents were having a problem and he left the house for one night. That definitely brought up so many emotions for me. I listened to the meditation again the next night and I felt what came up was clearing any connection to toxicity and I had terrible dreams that night. When I woke up I felt so much relief for being alive in the reality I am. I felt that I really worked through something during that dream cycle. And many emotions came up that day which I did my best to surrender to. Also several situations happened today where I would have reacted before with a negative toxic energy to others but instead I rethought my reactions and chose differently. Even though I felt the negative toxic energy from others I chose not to amplify it myself and just chose my peace. I love that I’m having very real tangible experiences and results!
