This is one of the most amazing meditations I've ever done. I had a very toxic friend in my life for 4 years who made every effort to control me and make everything the way they wanted it to be. Even after not being friends with them for almost a year I still felt tied to them. After doing this meditation I feel so much lighter and I know that they can never take my energy again.

Thanks so much for this. I am not new to cord cutting and I know what happens when you cut cords but I have a friend who I cut cords with, then go back to. Her energy is super detrimental and I don't want to elaborate but honest to God, I finished this cord cutting and a second later she messaged me to meet. You can't make this stuff up!

I cried uncontrollably while visualizing holding the cord and then once I pulled it and handed it over to God, my tears almost instantly stopped. I can’t say that I’m at 100% now, but I def feel a lot lighter. But this is also only my 2nd time doing one of these and this is a heavy cord that’s attached to my heart. A man that I love with all my heart that I’ve known for over 30yrs. Thank you for this. I will def be using it often.

Hi Kylie! Not to sound dramatic or anything but you saved my life and my sanity with this video! I am not one to get panic attacks or feel anxiety and the past few days I was going literally insane because I didn't know what was happening to me, I didn't feel like myself. Wow, this was very intense. I cried like a baby when I saw and felt the person & when I held the 2 of the cords connecting us. I felt the energy in my body moving and that’s how I found where the cords were/are : I felt the energy there. I set boundaries with a (now) ex-friend. That’s when the mind games started. They were never a true friend to begin with, only a controlling narcissist. This is the first meditation I have ever cried through. But not because of the loss, because really I didn’t lose anything, but because of the love I felt for myself afterwards. i have done cord cutting for a lot of different energetic binds and felt freed afterwards. however, there is one that i cannot cut. i keep getting told i cant cut it, because it is a cord of fate. typically it is gold. i attempted to remove it during this session and it made me feel sad. my heart bled at the spot when i removed it, and i kept getting told no. they helped me put the cord back, source and the connection both. when i just held the cord, i felt at peace and quite blissful. i did connect the cord to source, so at least there is healing going on. ^^ im still learning about a lot of this spiritualism stuff, but if i cant cut the cord i hope connecting to source helps us both heal.

I did it in between of my feeling where I was feeling really anxious, I was afraid to let go of that person but I did it. I cried as I was releasing that person but, thank you, I feel stronger after I did this. Thank you to my beloved friend for recommending me this channel 💕
