💥💥 ATTENTION: I made a mistake in this video in regards to the final deep breath. You should first breathe into the belly, then into the chest. Not the other way around. Sorry for the confusion. ✌️✌️

Another tip: Actually just practice above water. Plug your nose and hold your breath as long as you can then try just sitting underwater a few seconds until you need to breath

I added a weight belt of 100 pounds to wife. After 30 minutes she is still lying calm at the bottom, so it definitely helps to hold longer your breath.

Thanks for the tip. Used to hold breathe for a minute. I can managed to hold breathe for 1:47 now!

I learned when surfacing again to breath, don't breath out fully, take a breath and hold it for 2 seconds and repeat this 2 times

A couple of days ago i was racing my cousins across my pool and stayed underwater the entire time until i reached the steps to enter the pool
I didn’t surface the entire time and when i reached the steps i didn’t feel any pain in my chest and it became very easy to not breathe while underwater
Was i drowning myself or is that normal?
