Lmaoz Timbersaw, we should dotes sometime :)

And that anxiety angle in tech interview is very interesting, especially when applied to something like gender ratio as you mentioned. I never thought of an interview as a test of anxiety, I just assumed "most ppl" are similarly nervous so skills and experiences are more important - or even the cause of anxiety, as in someone who's greatly capable with extended experience would be much less likely to be nervous, but on hindsight it's a big assumption. However, those are all hard to isolate variables. I guess I will wait for your next video first and see your take on it.

Compared to interviews, the actual rest of career progression in most good companies makes so much more sense. I don't see much correlation of a strong interview performer to junior / intermediate level engineers actual performance and more importantly, trajectory. Do you? I've seen a few people put so much effort into just finding a job, that they spend 0 time thinking about what to do after they get a job and get lost on a "getting burnt out" trajectory because they do not have the right core engineering mindset, work ethics, and lifestyle to sustain full time job and meaningful life progression after interview preps. Do you think it's something helpful to address? But I guess we can focus on "getting a job" first :)

Hey, I loved your presentation. I was wondering, how much do big N companies care about university name? Say you went to an unknown university that's not known for CS, would companies such as Google or Amazon care that much?
