they dont actually look at your resume personally when applying for jobs. they are using AI to find a certain keyword in your resume that matches that keyword. mostly the keywords that matches at jobs descriptions

I would create a physical photo album with all the photos! You could also do an online photo gallery so your wedding guests can access photos from the day!

I sent my resume with same template for different profiles to different countries. Got rejected in all. 200+ rejections.

To recruiters, know that using ATS might feel like an intelligent move, but it is not. Earlier, when such a system was not being used, lot of people who may not have been a 100% match, however, had great skills and potential could be hired. But now with the ATS, a system with pre-defined criteria is deciding whether to pass a candidate or not. This is stupid and ineffective.

Now a lot of people who may do a great job in a position despite lack of "credentials"/"degrees" are umable to get a job cos there is no competent human at the other end who may have the wisdom to see the potential of that candidate and give them a chance!!

Ps it seems he reduced margins to .5 used 12 size font times new roman. Just a guess but looks similar to this description. Like if you think so too

I’m confused as to the chronological order - it’s listed from most recent to oldest, but then the “Leadership Experience” is listed after the “Work Experience.” Shouldn’t that follow the same order?

ATS responds better to skills, or more specifically ‘keywords’ from the job app, nested in your experience rather than in a skills section.

Always copy the contents of the exported pdf to a plain text document to make sure that the text is extractable and in a proper format for ATS. Otherwise, it will likely never be seen by a human..
