Who fell over at the 21 min mark? I can say I have not connected to my abs in 8 years the way I did with this workout. Excited for next session slaughter- Until then I’ll be drinking water and toasting to my future Pilates body!

I tore my rotator cuff in my sleep and your Pilates videos have actually started to relive the pain and tightness in my muscles in the last week! 🙏🏼 though some of the arm work we did today was a bit painful so I did crunches when I had to breakaway from those exercises! Thanks for offering you time to teach!

I’m deadddd. I haven’t done Pilates in years and regularly spin, box, and cardio with strength…but I definitely laid down thru a few moves. Omg.

New to Pilates and it was nothing like I thought! Barely made it past 10 minutes 😂 but I LOVED it ❤ Look forward to the end of 21 day challenge 😊

Trying to work out my core after three kids is a HUGE mountain I am struggling to climb
This is my second time doing your Pilates workouts but my first challenge and I’m hoping and planning to sticking to it starting today! Thank you for all you do.
