Get ready for one of your most challenging, but rewarding 21 Day Tone workouts!! Today's cardio tone routine will get your heart rate up so you can burn fat AND tone your muscles at the same time! Wanna know why? Cause we're gonna be using weights! You can totally do this without the weights too, whatever your preference!

We'll do each of the 7 moves for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest. After 3 rounds, we'll be done with this cardio sculpt workout! Your moves are:

I so love the skater dumbbell toss!! I've been wanting to do a weighted workout and this 21 day tone series is really the best!

Day 20, with an Endometriosis/IBS flareup and I can't belive I dit it! Had to take a few breaks but I am so proud of myself right now! And so thankful for this challenge. Working out is one of the few things that help with my pain
