If you want to have a healthy fit body, just workout with 1-2 rest days, change your workout routine every 4-6 weeks, and eat healthy. But do not starve yourself, if you are still hungry after a meal, just have a healthy thing to snack on. Listen to your body ❤

If you eat less, but eat more protein, drink more water, increase your fiber intake, and work out with weights, and also do cardio, and get enough sleep, and journal for your mental health, and work a job you love, then you’ll lose weight!

If you eat more protein and move more you could also gain body weight by gaining muscle, it’s totally dependent on your calorie consumption and the type of movement you’re doing. It’s never this simple.

You still have to be in a calorie deficit to burn fat and lose weight. Doesn't matter what you eat protein or not.

Don’t eat less eat, however much your body is telling you to eat. There’s no limit of how much you can eat. Believe in yourself and know that you’re perfect just the way you are ❤️
