Buffest Professor in the multivariable calculus world.

I've heard people saying that this guy's videos are so engaging that they raise their hands up whenever he asks us if we understand. I thought that was cap until today. Caught me slipping; I raised my hand up like 3 times damn. GOAT talk.

professor lenord is at merced college, a community college in central california. he's the best math teacher i've ever seen, at a community college, which charges almost nothing compared to a uc or out of state public uni. his students are extraordinarily lucky...

Maths can be so frustrating when you have a lecturer that just doesn't care. Every time I click on your videos I get so interested in the content. You just put things into perspective and make maths so interesting!

This is unfair. I shouldn't be paying my school $1500 for this course when I'm learning it all from Professor Leonard.

I just can't get over how much better Prof. L is when compared to 99.9% of my teachers thus far ( junior year of college majoring in engineering physics). My calc 3 prof. said the other day to stay away from youtube because it, "will just confuse you", and I straight up wanted to laugh in his face. Prof. L was groomed for this and it shows. The theory he ensures to lay out before embarking on examples and application is the prelude to understanding and he does it well. What's more is that he writes down the most concise of sentences that really crystallize the concepts he aims to convey. Alas, the only thing I feel I'm missing is more time to watch his lectures.

Professor Leonard, I just want you to know that I was originally struggling with Calc 3 earlier in the semester. Because of your videos, I was able to reteach myself the unit (all your videos prior to this one) and get a 92 on my test! You're a lifesaver thank you so much.

I hardly even go to class anymore I just figure out the topic my prof went over in class and then I watch Prof. Leonard's rendition of it. I am NOT a visual learner and Prof. Leonard's teaching style is not very visual but more systematic which I absolutely love. Plus he's hot as hell....so.

You are the reason I argue that teachers will never be paid enough. Thanks for the simplified, clear lessons, Master Leonard.

He is the best teacher I have seen in my entire life...I wish I could attend these lectures instead of my old fart of a teacher who stumbles over everything he does.
Prof Leonard- you are a talented man who truly knows the subject of math and it is clear that you work hard to make it understandable to your students. You are a math god and I wish your career the best! you will go far with the passion that you display.

Prof L I'm not only learning calculus through your videos but also your speaking style. Somehow it just naturally is easy to keep up with and keeps me from zoning out in the middle of the lecture. Thanks for saving our sanity, six years after this video is uploaded

I like how Professor Leonard actually tells the students when a certain type of example problem will be on their test. This is a great way to make them want to pay attention, since they can pretty much get free points if they learn to solve those specific problems. I think that he has said that about 3-4 times in this playlist up to this point.

Professor Leonard, I just wanna say a huge thank you to you. You know what, I wanted to study calculus, so I just bought a book. But then I realized that I was weak at “algebra ” and ”trigonometry”, and so I found you and I completed the “pre-calculus” course, then I moved on with calculus 1&2 and I actually enjoyed the ride and I am enjoying it now as well, learning calculus 3.

Professor Leonard, every day I think that how much blessed I was and how much blessed I am and all of us who did study and who are studying through you.

It was a great help and it will be MR. LEONARD.
I would love to meet you one day in future as soon as possible.

Thank so much. God bless you and your family.
One more thing, you’re not a good but a great teacher and I love you. ✌️

I heard so much about professor Leonard but this is my first time watching his videos and wow. I wish all the teachers were like him. The way he explains everything and makes it simple to understand, the way he speaks and asks questions from the students. He's just the best. I'm totally hooked on his videos. I was scared for my midterm and final Calc that I was considering dropping the course but now I'm hopeful that I can pass it. Thank you so much Professor Leonard. Wishing you everlasting happiness and success.

Prof. Leonard, I hope you are well.

I just wanted to say thank you for helping me understand Calc 3 this summer. It's been a rough quarantine for me mentally but you explaining the concepts helps relieve some of the stress so thank you for all the help.
