These workouts are no joke. Been doing for about 3-4 times a week. I went down 1 full pant size and lost about 15 lbs. I do these routines after about 30 mins of dumbbells or super bands. Loving it. I getting ready to graduate to an 190lb aqaubag. I have a free standing now.

Nate, I also find that doing this style of workout three times a week, along with strength training three times- is the perfect balance. I'm a 5'8 female. Currently 143 pounds. I prefer to be 135. I have been a model, dancer, and athletic all of my life. Thank you!
