I been taking your advice with the bagels. I’ll eat at least two whole wheat bagels about 340 calories and 13g protein each.

I’ve recently been having:

1 tin of tuna with mayo and sweetcorn - pasta/by itself (25g protein)

4 eggs (24g of protein)

Protein Shake with Milk 2 scoops (40g protein)

Total 89g protein done

Then I backfill it with Carbs throughout the day with rice and potatoes

For the brits who didn't get it he said
Chop up a bagoil, put some semon buher on it and chop up a bahanar into 10 pieces and put that on the your bagoil. Hope this helps 😁

Brazilian nuts. Increase test levels naturally, good protein source, lots of healthy fats and dense in calories. 12 Brazilian nuts are about 400 calories .

what if i’m trying to start working out again to bulk up but i dislike nearly every food that’s healthy, i’m very picky and i don’t eat any vegatables at all, just because of my taste buds, i eat some fruits and i do love steak and chicken, i also don’t like pbj and milk, any advice?
