If there was ever a video title you can trust, it's this one

I’ve watched so many different fitness influencers, Greg doucete, mind pump tv, Jeremy ethier and scott Herman fitness, cause I’ve never felt my chest working that well cause my shoulders and triceps would be doing the work but I’ve been binge watching mike’s form vids and my chest connection so much better and i hope my chest will get my bigger!

1) I think the weighted dip is hands down the best chest builder. It hits the chest in the intended angle it was designed to move it.

2) The DB Barrel Press / Press Fly is a great semi compound semi isolating that allows you to get a great stretch and full development of the pecs.

3) The low to high cable fly perfectly hits the upper chest and does an even better job of incline presses.

4) The push-up is one of the most underrated chest builders and finishers simply because people think of it as a beginner level exercise, but you can do deficit pushups to get the most gnarly pump.

5) The flat barbel Bench is still one of the best chest builders, and if you perform it correctly it’s no more injury prone than an incline bench.

I started watching your content way back then and loved it. Clear, concise right to the point. Always the strong emphasis on form.

This LookBack over your OG Videos is a very interesting idea. For lads like me who discovered your channel at that time, this is a cool retrospective, hindsighted highlight reel of that timeline, stage in your channel.

Dumbbell is my go to aswell. Better ROM + stabilization and in general feels more safe.

4:32 The way I do decline dumbbell press. Place one step platform on each side of me. Place the dumbbells on each right next to me. They're right there and I pull the dumbells into position. They drop right into my hands.

Personally, I think everyone should have a dip exercise in their routine at least once a week. Whether it be machine, assisted, bodyweight, weighted, etc.
Sure there is some risk with internal rotation of the shoulder, but as long as you're going low enough you'll get a pump like no other.

Props to Mike
I started seeing his videos back in 2017 and he was one of the very few genuine bodybuilders. He still is
