It's Day 16 of your Back to Basics (B2B) Challenge! This full-body workout uses dumbbells working in Cluster Sets: back-to-back sets of the same exercise with short rest intervals, going down in time. Start with 40 seconds of back-to-basics strength, add some variety for 30 seconds, bring the power for 20 seconds, then finish with a 10-second isometric burn—options for all fitness levels.

Ooh that was a challenge but feeling good 😅 I liked the cluster format as felt things moved quicker through the rounds. I'm really trying to get better at planks so pushing myself to do them all 🙌🏻

Cluster sets are my new favorite workout!! I love that we worked the upper separate from the lower and the abs so that I could use appropriate weight. Awesome workout, Amy!! My heart rate stayed up the entire time. I also love that you added the iso burn!!
