What is happening in the Ukraine is terrifying. As a person with human feelings, one wants to help their fellow man. In the beginning those in Kyiv first felt fear like no other. That kind of fear makes you want to run for safety. On day three of watching, I've noticed that fear has turned into anger, and they want to fight back. Those with money can buy their way out of fear, those without must educate themself and stop the attack. The world needs to be smarter than Putin's fear tactics. Everyone wants peace. The people of the world are not Weak. I have said my piece.

I love a baked potato, soft boiled egg and salsa. Yummy. Also kielbasa cut in bite sized pieces cooked with green peppers and onion. Cook desired amount, season the way you like and then add pasta. It grows easily to serve a crowd.

I opened a can of potted meat a few days ago to have for a snack. I bought about a dozen cans for my pantry and hadn't eaten potted meat in years. Wow! It was very salty. I'd have to eat crackers or bread with it next time.

When my husband and I were first married we had a small apartment in my in-laws house. One night they were cooking steaks and baked potatoes, yummy. We were having hot dogs sliced up and fried in onions, green peppers and a can of tomato soup. I served this over mashed potatoes. My father in-law said he smelled that and was wishing he was eating with us. Lol It really is very good and alot cheaper than steak. You do what you can with what you can afford. Praying for all Ukraine. ❤

Don'T forget Dr. Sheldon Cooper's favorite - hot dogs sliced into spaghetti.
(Good, but sautee a little first, makes a big differerence.)
Also, slice hot dogs, cut the slices in half, again, sautee a little - add to chili.
