How To Cook Eggs Benedict (4k)

Extra Rich Hollandaise Sauce
3 egg yolks
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
75g melted butter (unsalted)
Salt and Pepper

Poach eggs
3 fresh large eggs
1 tbsp. vinegar

3 slices of toasted bread (any kind of bread)
4 pcs Parma Ham
4pcs Peperoni
4 pcs Smoked Salmon
50g Arugola
