So i did it.. i held down all 3 the power button the play button and the Bluetooth button

Bose is garbage. Their software is a train wreck. Your lucky if get a few weeks without some software glitch that bricks your speaker for a month at a time.

My Bose color 2 went haywire. Tried everything I read. Only thing that worked was connect to power press multi function button and keep pressed for 10 seconds or more. Suddenly reset. Hooray !
