I show you how to factory reset (hard reset) a pair of Bose QuietComfort Ultra earbuds. You do this if you have problems connecting, pairing, one side not working, one side lower volume, etc. I hope this helps.

I've had these for a while now, and honestly am very happy with them. For whatever reason, they randomly dropped connection from my phone and claimed the connection "couldn't communicate". Thank you so much for the video, I appreciate your help 🤝.

Thx because like you said, one of the earbud’s volume was lower than the other and it worked! I don’t know why it was lowered but it is fixed now thx to you

It didn't work on the first try. So first I opened the Bose app and unlinked all my other devices, then I uninstalled the app and followed the steps in the video and now they both sound as usual, thanks for the video.

I’ve owned all the Bose earbuds and the originals were the best. Never had an issue, never had to reset. I have the new Ultra’s and constantly have issues.

How about sound delay problem ? Mine, sometimes one of the bud experience slight sound delay from the other bud. So it creates effect like echo, double sound. And also there is hizz or mosquito sound from left bud

I’ve owned several of these earbuds over the years. Although the features are good, I found that the electronics in the case have fallen to bits.Would I buy again or recommend, perhaps not!

What about one earbud not staying on? My right bud turns on but shortly after, power off it says and shuts off. I have charged the case fully etc.

Yea that did it. Thanks. The bose qc earbud 2’s and ultra are absolute trash. I have this connection problem multiple times a week where the left one stops working. The qc 1’s are absolutely flawless too bad they dont make them anymore. They took a good product and made it worse. I will be reverting back to air pod pros

hello, does it also fix the static noise in the left earbud? (the static noise happens some time)

I have some over-ear Bose and they connect just fine in my iPhone and iPad. But I got these $300 Quietcomfort Ultra buds and the iPhone will either connect to one bud, or none, or warp the audio playback for a second, or even just keep playing the audio after one returned them to the case! I returned them in less than 24 hours even though the ANC was beyond anything else I’ve experienced, and the comfort was outstanding and they don’t fall out of my ear.

I updated the buds, did everything I could think of, and now I can’t think of any other buds to buy besides the Beats Fit Pro because they stay in my ear perfectly due to the wing and since they are Apple, they connect great, even though the ANC isn’t fantastic. I just don’t want to pay $200 for those Beats buds again because the wing tip breaks off as other people have noticed. And the AirPods Pro 2 don’t stay in the ears. Just going to go back to $40 Skullcandy, those seem to connect to iPhone, iPad, Android, with no issues, for over a year now. How interesting.
